The sand, gravel and clay extraction operation at Rowland Flat is located 65 kms north of Adelaide in the Barossa Valley. This quarry also produces a full range of products and has serviced the Barossa Valley region since the early 1950s when extraction first commenced. As at Rocla's other two SA quarries, although on a smaller scale, this quarry also utilises wet processing facilities to produce its sands as well as dry screened brick laying sands.
